Shortly after it gets added to ports. All databases/mysql*-server ports seem to be done by the same maintainer ale@. Maybe ask him when/if there will be a port. Or open a bug report on https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/.Someone know when wil be avaliable mysql57 with pkg ?
