You untar all .txz always in the root directory / for you this is the mounpoint of the filesystem.

Like i said before , even if you untar lib32 , wine will not work. wine-devel might.

Wine versions do not match, so be sure to install the same wine for both amd64 and i386. I guess one arch has the devel version and other one has the normal one.
