for comparison: on one of our hosts we have an idle Windows 11 and an almost idle Windows 2016 Server running. Windows 11 consumes between 27 and 28% CPU time whereas Windows 2016 Server is consuming 0.5% CPU time.

Win 11 has SO many more Nannies than does a server operating system.
