Dark Theme for Bugzilla, Manual Pages, Cgit.

Hi,

I've made two dark themes, one for Bugzilla and one for the Manual Pages.
I am not a web designer so it's far from perfect, but at least it's not bright anymore and it feels more comfortable for my eyes.

I add an another one for Cgit .
The web site has already a "dark theme" in its original css that should work out of the box but for some reasons the light and dark theme share the same set of colors.

(I never noticed the shades with cgit before.)

It's been a while but I finally put my nose back into this, sorry if I am a bit late.
So I just changed the color of those two shades, one of them shares the same color with the body background, so it should be a bit better, what do you think? (I didn't push the commit yet)
