Did you build the realtek port against your freshly build -CURRENT kernel/world ?

The current mailing is the proper forum for -CURRENT. I suggest you consider offering help in testing/debugging output and to increase chances on your mailed questions be prepared in giving detailed information what you have done and where things have gone wrong.
The realtek drivers realtek-re-kmod and realtek-re-kmod198 do not show much recent activity, so the problem might very well be in the your -CURRENT kernel, if indeed you rebuild your realtek port.
