How do you get Linux 64-bit emulation to work?

I'm using a thinlinc client only provided in linux format to connect on a linux development server for my professional usage when I'm working from home.
The linux64 emulation is perfectly working and I don't see why to complain about the emulation, it is a viable solution when you don't need or want a linux.
Some program are probably more complex to satisfy for there libraries (probably some are not even able to be satisfied), but it is a very handy complementary feature.

Now that emulators/linux-c7/ had been in ports for a while, I just install that in a jail, not to interfere with default FreeBSD 11.1-RELEASE system (still using linux-c6), and have Linux binaries running from there.

For very picky Linux binaries, I have Ubuntu 16.04 running with virtualbox.
