Just to pile on, on the front page there are 7 HTML errors and 40 warnings along with 4 CSS errors and 121 warnings.
This is the first time I've had a look at it and I've only spent a few minutes. It's not horrible but I wouldn't have done a lot of things that way. The important parts are not up front for new visitors for one thing but I could go on and on.
