Access Denied when using Chromium

I'm getting a number of those notices when I try to access a web page from certain sites lately.

I'm not sure but I might have just noticed that, when I visit them from Firefox, I can then access them from Chromium. Either that or I can close the tab and come back to it later and it will work.
EDIT: Well, that's it. I visited with Firefox and closed the tab on Chromium then I could access it on Chromium.

So I reinstalled chromium and I still get Access Denied. Also on Firefox.
I contacted Edmunds and they said they have an "anti-spam tool" on their site which could be causing that. I'm sure he has the word wrong for that tool but I know what he means.

As I said, I've noticed a few times over the last couple of months at various small sites and am curious as to what they use to see if it's in common.

If I start Firefox with default options it open Edmunds and Quora but if I open with UBlock and some other tweaks it open Quora with changes on UBlock but Edmunds doesn't open.
