Solved Death Penalty for Hackers?

How about punishment for poorly written code? And liability for bugs, as in self driving or space missions. Where do these lines get drawn? What color is your hat when you hack? Does that matter? Is a motd warning a binding contract?
First whiskey installed, second downloading.

Conservative commentator Bill O'Reilly presented a very interesting argument against the death penalty.

It is quick and painless and a fast exit from punishment.
If true punishment is desired, then spend the next 60 years making little rocks out of big rocks during the day.

At night his rectum will be the E-Ticket Attraction™ (look it up) in the general population block.

I wish people will learn that death ain't no penalty among civilized humans no matter how severe or terrible a crime is.
It's simply nothing but the blind act of rage of not thinking animals.
A country that executes death penalty is no democracy, no matter what they believe of themselves. And the loudest shouting of protest against this truth does not change it, but only proves it's still not understood.
If you paid any attention to the subject that you are so strongly opinionated about, Maturin, then you'd know that even with the death penalty verdict the convicted live out another 20-25 lives behind bars waiting for the execution. That's very a humane treatment of someone who does not value human life. Criminal justice and justice in general are a very tricky thing that you have no clue about until you study law. And the radical left focuses on the treatment of criminals and not that of the victims, the left is united in screwing with everyone's heads in the biggest psyop of the planet.

And on top of that spend those 20-25 years knowing you will be executed so you just might start getting into the mind frame of the victims who were mercilessly executed. Law enforcement, DOJ, BOP, attorneys are the kindest, cleverest, most incredible people, to be honest.

How about punishment for poorly written code?
I get that. There is plenty of blame to go around for that..
But like somebody mentioned when you walk around and physically check locks you might get killed doing so.

In this wild west anything goes world some f-tard downed our forum for what? Kicks? No money was lost.
Just some joker that got away with downing a site. You think maybe they have done it before?

Realistically there is no world law or global death penalty so internet users have to take the assault.
I wish we had a Special Team to take care of that business.

How does hacking the FBI's website stop a specific investigation?
That article said hackers breached FBI website and gained access to personal records including medical..
If I were an investigator would I be more worried about work or my children's medial records being hacked?
Calling every doctor and trying to button up your affairs.
Not specifically targeting a specific investigation but all investigators.

Horrendous that a public facing FBI website could expose agents personal details.
SHAME on their IT people.

You know it was contractors who set up FBI websites. They can't seem to find the elevator in the hallway.

In closing I did not realize that the Death Penalty was such a loaded topic. I have grew up with it my whole life.

I now think hackers should have their feet tickled with feathers. Jolly fellows they are.
Simply misunderstood data scientists..

Internet/computers aren't a human requirement; why should death penalty apply?

FBI doesn't have to host a website to get hacked 😅 (nor do health records need to be stored digitally as a convenience)
