Correct way to install KDE ?

Using 14.3 I have installed a bunch of pkgs, and plasma is mostly nice.
I have cups and printers installed. Printing works from all applications EXCEPT firefox.
Is this a known issue, or have I screwed up ?
After installing base FreeBSD, what is the-right-way to install KDE with usual desktop kit ?
Any suggested meta pkg/s ? On this machine I can easily reinstall to bare metal.
TIA's

Edit. (Prolly not a common issue, 'cause I have 14.3 and firefox printing working on other hosts.)

Note that CUPS and Firefox have very little to do with KDE. They are not depended on the desktop environment.

Package management system works fine. It's the kde package which is broken. It's not listed for freebsd 13 or 14.3. So in order to use kde you must use freebsd 15 which is not "production"
Fyi,

FYI, I installed KDE on FreeBSD 15.0-RELEASE this past Sunday after first dealing with the video set up.

(My system won't use the latest Nvidia driver-set , 590, since, for whatever reason, it will not download nor load nvidia-modeset, which X needs (apparently).)

Anyway, after taking care of that, I used desktop-installer to install KDE and it completed successfully.

This is the first time I have used KDE and I am finding it very useful. Previously, I used MATE, which worked OK, but was pretty basic.

I still have work to do to get this installation fully to my liking.

One of the most annoying (to me) matters is that I cannot install Pegasus-Mail. Mizutamari SAYS it is installing that, but in fact, it never gets installed. I am working on that...

YMMV

Fortunately I was able to clone (using dd) a nicely tuned 14.3 KDE/Plasma installation from one host to another.
Just a few minor changes to rc.conf, and we're good to go. Job done ?
