ZFS zpool administration infographics

first part of my zpool administration infographics is ready, i hope it helps.
modified as per suggestions..

Very nice, thank you. A few typos/suggestions: "tolorate/tolarate" = "tolerate", "redudency" = "redundancy", "no-redudency" = "no redundancy", "kick-in" = "kick in", "for x reason" = "For whatever reason". Also for consistency it would be nice to start each section with a capital letter so, for example, instead of "mirror is composed...", use "Mirror is composed...".
