why pkg upgrade so slow?

Whichever mirror I use, mirror speed very fast at the beginning and a few seconds later drops to 16.4kB/s, can't bear, what's wrong? my internet connection is bad?

0.0% packet loss, ping time is about 70ms

unicorn ... is it supposed to be that speed? That's about 1.5MB/s and some of that is going to be taken up by protocol and encryption overhead. Is this an Ethernet connection, Wi-fi, or something else?

I use Wi-Fi of my 300M broadband, maybe it's broadband issues

already tried, also tried some my country's mirrors, the same
ifconfig show 802.11g when connected to 2.4GHz and 802.11a to 5GHz. I use a wifi7 router, why I can't use 802.11ax?

     While iwlwifi supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be modes, the compatibility
     code currently only supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac modes.  802.11n/ac is only
     available on the 22000 and later chipset generations.  802.11ax/be and
     6Ghz support are planned.
