What does selecting "Other" install?

During installation from the DVD it has a field called, "Other" which I selected during installation but I don't know what it actually installs! What does it install?

Sorry, I titled the thread wrong.

I meant to say, in FreeBSD v15 install:

under, "Select System Components"
it says "optional software (excluding compilers)"
so it was "optional" not "other"
