What are your impression on minix, netbsd,openbsd ?

Openindia is almost dead. Like Solaris but no devs.

It's not dead. They have fewer devs but its OS's security, virtualization and ZFS are quite good and better than FreeBSD. Problem is their ports repository is little bit out dated and you may have to compile and install from sources which is not hard to do.
