What does 'ping 10.10.30.2' from test jail show?

OK.

And what about 'ping 10.10.30.1' from test jail?

Fail.

So here is an answer, what's wrong - host does not know anythink about all those jails connected to caddy, network-wise.
Try 'route add 10.10.100.0/30 10.10.30.2' on host and retry your tests on test vnet.
