How did you check?

There are "FreeBSD-kernel-generic-nodebug" packages available for 16.0 aarch64:

I tried pkg install FreeBSD-kernel-generic-nodebug and pkg search nodebug a few days ago (I think June 14th)

Edit: Might be because of no base repo by-default; I'll try adding it and checking later but out-the-box latest RPI-20260616-3b69c7201fd0-286653 img a few mins ago still couldn't find nodebug.
