Sometime in November or so, (seemingly all of) MLT's avfilter effects on multimedia/kdenlive stopped working. I can add them to audio but they have no effect. Note that the 'not available' plugins do not show up in the plugin view at all.

kdenlive --mlt-log debugAdding bass to content, an avfilter effect:amdgpu: os_same_file_description couldn't determine if two DRM fds reference the same file description.
If they do, bad things may happen!
