Just discovered a goldmine

That's NapoleonWils0n, I link to his stuff from some of my pages. He's a forum member and will usually notice if you ping him. For me, his stuff on Nvidia and the dwl Wayland manager were VERY useful.
Yes, he has helped me lots of times, but I wasn't aware of his extensive set of videos.

I have so much to learn, although watching a video of something makes it much easier than reading docs. Usually you can follow an example to see if you can recreate what is shown.

He's got kind of a yorkshire accent, but not very broad. He doesn't sound like a Leeds or Bradford accent to me, maybe south yorkshire. I'm not completely sure he's from yorkshire. Hmm, maybe I'm wrong about him being a forum member, not certain.

This what it used to be like.

I used to notice there were different accents in different areas of the larger cities, like Leeds, that originated in the villages that used to be there before they joined up into a city in the last two centuries. I could tell which part of the city they were from by their accent. Bradford had quite a distinct accent of its own, and Ilkley and the dales were different again. :-)
