Forgot one thing: Add vfs.root.mountfrom="ufs:/dev/da0s2a" to /boot/loader.conf or else if you have a FreeBSD sdcard in the pi4 slot, it will be used as root!
Thanks for the support, people. I'm could install FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT in the SD Card. I just need to configure the boot partition to run U-boot, because just for the boot I need the External SSD connected.
