Hi all,
I've got an IBM X61 laptop with FreeBSD 10.1. While watching some videos after one of the videos finished playing I unplugged my headphones and the sound stopped working. I haven't been able to get the sound working since then. I can hear a carrier when I plug the headphones in, but nothing plays. I can play videos and mp3s and I still get no sound. The hardware mixer is turned all of the way up as well as the software mixer in xfce4. I've tried listening with and without the headphones but it's still not working. I've also rebooted and shutdown multiple times just for good measure.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Eric
