Does anyone still live in Second Life?

Hey all!
Ow wow! I am moving over to Free BSD. The laptop I use for that is really shaping up.
Okay, still a lot to learn (background image on XFCE, partitioning and such...stuff)
On Linux, I sometimes dive in my Second Life. I use Firestorm for that, but I did not find it as yet.
Is Second Life a "thing" on Free BSD?
Thanks
Melissa

It looks like it's open source so you could build it from source, but I would definitely try the precompiled versions first. They have step by step instructions for building on LInux but I couldn't say how much carries over.
Well, I tried it today. Ehm...needless to say that a youngling in FreeBSD like me lost the plot quickly...but, indeed, the precompiled are a best choice...
Edit : ah, Firestorm, did not try that one...I went for the Singularity viewer. This post seems to be better laid out...thanks for the link...

There was a thread.

There's a newer third party viewer called Megapahit. Erik Kundiman is the lead developer for the project. I've been messing with it for a day or so, once I got 3D acceleration to work for me. I'm running GhostBSD, on FreeBSD 14.3.

This is my avatar in world, hanging around in Cica Ghost's latest creation, Cica's Happy Planet.

It can be downloaded at https://megapahit.net/ .
