never heard of it.
have you done "pkg search cosmic" to see if it's available as a package/port?
If it's not available as a port, have you tried to create a port or ask someoneto create a port?
Worst case have you downloaded the source files and tried to compile it from source?

pkg install cosmic-comp

This is only the compositor. COSMIC is a full DE, made by lots of different packages, not (yet?) ported to FreeBSD.
