Solved Compatabilty on Lenovo Ideapad 320s-13ikb

Hello,
Once again here to ask if anyone knows if the Lenovo Ideapad 320s-13ikb has decent compatibility with FreeBSD, and if not, is there a list of known compatible laptops around? Cannot seem to find it. Thanks!

I've installed FreeBSD on an Ideapad 120s and its I2C trackpad is not supported, plus there is an issue with its sound chip - "hdac0 command timeout on address 2" error repeated so often the system becomes unusable.
I would advise you to wait for 12.2-RELEASE, which should fix at least the trackpad support issue.

Shame, I'll be waiting for the new release. Thanks!

I have also a 120s Lenovo. Trackpad works with https://github.com/wulf7/iichid or the belonging port sysutils/iichid. Sounds works for me.
Also there was some recent activity for support of its card reader see https://github.com/hlh-restart/rtsx if any interest..
my sysctl.conf is
kern.timecounter.hardware=HPET #fix skew time
kern.eventtimer.timer=HPET #fix skew time
dev.hdac.0.polling=1 #for sound issues
