    Installing FreeBSD on a PC-98 Emulator

    I've looked all over, and I haven't found much information(and in English at that) about how FreeBSD could be installed on the PC-98, specifically an emulator. I know it's not the 90's anymore, so there's no practical purpose for this, but I think it's interesting from a historical perspective...

    Anyone try Valheim on Freebsd?

    Yes, I'm a terrible person for duel-booting into Windows 7 to play games. This game is the best thing to come around since Subnautica. I would really like to try the multiplayer. I'll even deal with my Linux-WINE PTSD and try Steam on Freebsd if there's interest in playing this game.

    Rapid Spanning Tree Emulation versus Actual Network

    I'm comparing network emulation in FreeBSD against performance of an actual in-service network. The network uses rapid spanning tree protocol to reconfigure if a link fails. Testing with the actual network shows around 20 milliseconds of down time before the route is adjusted after link...
