I'm watching the wireless mailing list and Release 15.1 looks promising for wifi on the Intel Ax's.
Your project ideas sound interesting.

Well I got as far as getting audio to pass through the vm container, and I even managed to get a bluetooth headset to stay connected for longer than 60 seconds. But the problem was - no matter how hard I tried - I couldn't stop the stuttering - so you'd get two or three seconds of sounds then a microsecond drop and reconnect (it was mostly unnoticeable unless you play money for nothing or a hectic guitar solo - then you hear it, doing a google meet with myself was predominantly fine) - when it came to bt devices - I had issues with keyboards, simplest issue was with keyboards that had multiple 0x38 addresses (Alt), but then i stepped into experiencing other weird oddities elsewhere in the standard OS behaviour plus depending on different variables - connection drops or lag - and I couldnt for the life of me get any mouse to work - gave up on game controllers as I think that was taking it too far.

I learned - I needed to learn a lot more; should be less idealistic and probably approach this from a different perspective - but I also see the crew for the OS is really progressing in this department so the idea could be redundant by 16 release.

Yes I think Driver programming has a lot more to contend with than an application for sure!

learning can be hard!
Idealism is a good driver, pun not intended, the problem solving is maybe the harder side of things.

Hopefully 16 can bring us joy!!
