XDM not working

Fix your graphics/drm-kmod, you probably didn't update it after a major/minor version upgrade and it now fails to load. The kernel module has to match the version of the kernel exactly.

Ok, I did get it to work but I installed mpv and it looks like that changed the drm-kmod version, now everytime I boot it says its going to reboot in 15 seconds and I cant type anything it just keeps rebooting
 
i got it working but i installed mpv which caused drm-kmod to be changed and now im stuck on an error that makes my device keep rebooting over and over and i cant do anything
 
Boot to single user mode, and remark or remove the kld_list line in rc.conf. It's probably trying to load a kernel module built for 14 on your new 15.0 kernel.
 
And please don't post the same questions in multiple threads or via a DM to me. Post your questions on the boards, and stick to a single thread with a single issue.

Moved some of your last questions to the right thread (it has nothing to do with your merging issue during the upgrade).

Im using 14.3 not 15.0, also single user does the reboot thing too and theres no way for me to type anything
