It has already been quite a while since www/ungoogled-chromium has become de-facto unavailable as binary package. The only option for now is to compile it yourself from ports.

What I suggested was for a unencrypted Root-on-ZFS with non-system-boot critical native ZFS encrypted datasets (e.g.: pool/encrypted).
If you want the whole Root-on-ZFS pool in an encrypted container, with a passphrase to unlock it on boot, than...
Do you mean here sysutils/firstboot-pkg-upgrade?
If that's the case, you could modify its rc script to include the PKG_ENV variable from pkg.conf ( similar to env AUTOCLEAN=ON ... in script ).

One is to use apropos:

What is the point? Is it lack of warranty or is it binary thinking that only one entity can own a piece of code?
If you want a warranty, you're welcome to sublicense it, thus giving it your own warranty. MPL2.0 can sublicense BSD code. GPL can...

There's nothing simpler, more observable and debuggable than rc which is just a bunch of shell scripts.
Throw in a bunch of "echo"es and you can follow each and every step - it doesn't get any more predictive and discoverable.

Which is not true in case of OPNsense, you can log in via ssh and start a FreeBSD shell, much quicker for some stuff than the GUI. In other instances, the OPNsense GUI is easier and quicker to use.
The installer dialog program isn't really stack-wise and seems to be not able to determine what's already on screen. I ctrl-c it a lot to start all over to make sure it's not accepting discarded settings. It also could use a screen redraw...
Just for record.
I have "GeForce GTX 760" powered by "nvidia-driver-390-390.157_1".
Otherwise I have the same configuration as yours (Xfce4/X11/FreeBSD 15.1-RELEASE-p2/ Wacom tablet).
Hey, sorry for the delayed message. I am writing from the larger drive at last. I am dealing with lots of depression, and my ADHD adds to make it difficult to find motivation
In the end, I ran both options: I resized the drive, and ended...
Interactively bash on osx, Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris and ksh on HP-UX. I personally don't have anything against zsh (iTerm2 very much complains about bash) but I just couldn't be bothered.
Honestly, that's more or less what I do, I use the default shell on whatever system I'm using as there's usually more than enough flexibility in it to do things efficiently. If the shell isn't enough, I tend to chain together sed, grep, awk...
That's what I'm trying to work out, even if by some dark magic of the underworld this does proceed to the conclusion that the OP seems to want, all that's going to do is get the software just not distributed in Brazil. There just isn't a way of...

So Krush206 let's say you get your way, what will be the result in practice? And also, what's the expected timeline on the resolution of a petition like this?
I can see it in ~4 months.

Well, this is a bit of an unfortunate post to have to put up here. But it's better that people know what I've found out, just in case anyone was actually thinking of getting one, based on what I wrote earlier.

And that's an issue because if you're using an LLM to write the code you don't have a license to do so and the LLM likely also doesn't have a license to it either.

The sudden public backlash against datacenters (at least here in the USA) is something I would have never expected. I'm not sure what the reasoning is behind it, but it's odd for sure.
I really don't anything about ZFS apart from the initial and format prior to installation and am scared of messing something up.
I have no idea about what it means to put it on a ZVOL.
To test the limits of old hardware capability, you can think of it as experiment but in length is my general purpose daily driver. I have learned the innards to keep the environment optimized and measure the longevity of this machine.
This is like a common tool. Let's say a hammer, it's basic. The design is basically in public domain, use or manufacture the hammer with sense, at your own responsibility. For instance, the caveman who invented a flint tool during the stone age...
