I have a friend who loves Mecha stuff. I never have. I think my favorite anime is Gintama--sometimes serious, sometimes silly--probably close to 400 episodes though, plus two live action movies, a few live action specials. To give an idea of why...

I have 3 Beelinks, 2 running FreeBSD. It may not work with wireless during install. Had some minor issues with one of them. The boot only ISO couldn't see the wireless or the ethernet card. I used the disk1 ISO, and that saw the wireless. It...

Either worked fine for me on 8th-gen and FreeBSD, and I could swap on-the-fly from BIOS no reinstall (kind-of impressive; I couldn't figure out VMD on any Linux distro :p) I'd use AHCI (afaik no RST benefits off-Windows); RST booted slightly...

One of my favorites too. Mecha franchises were so popular back then. There are many others whose names I don't even remember. But my favorite is still Transformers. The figurines were so fun too.

Knowledge is knowledge about the own knowledge. Does one know what one knows? Perhaps only as far as one does not know what one does not know about what one knows.

Well, I am not a professional programmer, I write my programs to solve my tasks. Documentation are normally then commentaries in the code. Of course, sharing is a nice idea, but who shares his improvised solutions for own tasks?

what's your point ? I doubt it's an issue with those simple examples... every simple OpenCL test I built and tested causes a GPU hang. I also tried the Khronos OpenCL examples from the SDK, they all hang in the same manner for me.

Technically it is allowed to use longjmp from a signal handler. But in practice you leak all kinds of resources. Doing it from a segfault handler (when you don't use segfaults on purpose) is a bit adventurous.
