Why its not allowed to openly discuss XLibre X11 server on the FreeBSD Forums?
First - removal (instead of 'just' locking - which is also really bad) the older XLibre So long Xorg, thanks for all the fish, hello XLibre thread.
Copy available...
I've been able to install all my extensions on librewolf---though I only use a few, ublock orig, vimium, disable javascript, and bypass paywalls clean.
The "problem" isn't the tool itself, the problem is all the people buying into the advertising that this particular tool can do advanced work unsupervised, that you (the welder of the tool) don't need technical and domain knowledge to use it.
And...
To wit: we are not going to close or lock 'the next XLibre thread', if and when that arrives. So long as it stays technical, manageable, within the rules, and informative.
If not, it goes the way of the dodo, whoever posts (in) it. Plain and simple.

Aha, so it is perhaps similar to the Raspberry Pi setup - the UEFI / EDK2 bootloader is a secondary bootloader, stored on a partition on the medium you are booting from?
If so, what is the primary bootloader? u-boot?
Ok, then you should explore the command line of that bootloader (if it has one).
Some (but not all) UEFI implementations provide a UEFI shell. The commands are standardized https://mundobytes.com/en/Useful-commands-for-the-UEFI-shell/
Otherwise...
What bootloader does it have?
u-boot?
If so, poke around in the u-boot setup (you probably will need a serial console for that) with u-boot commands. some commands that might give you info
printenv
boot* (boot-something)
bootflow
help (if u-boot...
Well, this was on slashdot, https://news.slashdot.org/story/25/12/20/0643217/firefox-will-ship-with-an-ai-kill-switch-to-completely-disable-all-ai-features, so supposedly firefox will have an AI kill switch.
Following up, it seems to be just one of the OS mirror disks with issues.
I was able to unplug the failed drive, boot the FreeBSD usb stick image and do `zpool import -o readonly=on -R /tmp/zfs <pool>` and my files are then available in...

I'll have to get Apple TV+ next year because they secured the Formula 1 rights. I hope they just broadcast the British commenting team, the f1tv team, with all respect, isn't as good.
I already have Apple TV the hardware.
Considering that Google reassigned their best person from the C++ std committee to create Carbon that is pretty embarrassing. And that wasn't yesterday, this has been going on for years (after Google pet projects were rejected by C++).

I don't have Apple TV (though I should) but was able to watch the first episode on Amazon Prime. It started out interesting but seemed to turn into a zombie movie (I'm not sure that it is). They almost lost me altogether at the 25-minute mark.
I...
I've just discovered that I had Ventoy set up with Secure Boot, but the W520 does not support Secure Boot, so if you are booting via Ventoy and have the problems mentioned, make sure the Secure Boot option is not enabled.
Yeah, so let's behave like adults and try not to have this one locked too. There will be people trying their best to derail the thread, we must report them to the moderators and NEVER answer the trolls directly.
The old internet rule of 20+...
Most of it is not set up right now because I recently moved. I still have gear left over from sound mixing and because I used a rack rig for playing bass. A couple guitar items in racks, too, e.g. a Palmer speaker simulator \m/
My production...
Well, Carbon is a Google project, and they are generally not friendly to OSes and architectures they don't target as primary users.
So even if you port it to FreeBSD you probably have large amounts of diffs you have to maintain on your own...
I dunno. A major bottleneck around here is space in the house. I mostly stopped buying physical toys except computers, for good reason. I don't think I have 2 U free in any existing rack.
Decisions, decisions.
Yeah they made some nice changes in 'recent' times like window snapping.
I think the problem is the display of all the old nextstep/afterstep icons. I would routinely ditch the built in icons and use those, as windowmaker offers great management...
Yeah, that's another reason why I keep the old standard dot pitch machines like the X220 around, so I can continue using wmaker. On my 4K monitor I use kde plasma on wayland now of course, to get the high DPI support. I found I can still run...
The Mesa 2:90 goes for $800-1000 asking price in buy-it-now/store formats, plus shipping and sales tax.
If there is ever one that pops up for free auction I'll probably pick it up. I like auctions better because if I beat somebody then I know...

It is the BeOS Plasma theme (from the official plasma store) ;)
I very much like combination of sleek and playful that early 00s had in their UI/UX.
blackbird9 wow we use the same Windowmaker desktop - wmix, wmnet applets, fg green bg black...

I hear that for newly build amps Hiwatt clones such as Hi-Tone are actually better (but not cheaper). For guitar use. Hiwatt themselves are supposed to cut a couple corners now.

Threads like this are gold. Simple question, way too many answers. old saying about "different ways to skin a cat".
Keep them in your pocket because someday, you will look like Einstein when you offer them.
Speaking of power amps, I have an unreasonable desire to get a Mesa/Boogie 2:90 stereo tube power amp. Nuts?
But I only have 1 set of passive speakers. The rest are self-powered monitors.
It's not. If you want to have a proper technical discussion about X11Libre, you can do so here: https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/porting-x11libre-to-freebsd.98455/
You have none. Your site, your rules. Our site, our rules.
It would have been desirable if the origin of the amount had been formulated more clearly and precisely here.
This nice amount of money did not come from the US-based Tech-Bros but from the Sovereign Tech Fund, financed by the German Federal...
I think for some people, they realize aliens will not appear in their lifetime (or the lifetime of humanity). So either they can be disappointed today... or they can fantasize.
What I find slightly surprising is recently some fairly well...
