Xorg/Xlibre Megathread Disappeared

Hi all, I was trying to find that megathread discussion that happened in June regarding Xorg and Xlibre. It seems to have disappeared:

I've tried any number of searches that should yield something, tried search engines as well, but keep coming up empty handed. Was it moved somewhere else?

Can't remember, but it was likely trashed because people kept making it political.

Yeah that was the next thing I did. Still trying to understand why it's not searchable/reachable here. I feel like there are other comments under other threads, by myself and others that I can't find either.

I don't remember if they were under that thread or not, but that was at least the big prominent one that I know for sure existed and is now not here.

Why wouldn't the mods just lock the thread then with a note "this has gotten too political, please keep it neutral."

There are useful comments in there, and I was trying to find one in particular. Removing an entire discussion thread seems like poor form.
