www/ungoogled-chromium port missing from FreeBSD:14:amd64

Yes, main there is the main branch of the src tree.

<{link removed}> for quarterly, a long run, the queue did include www/ungoogled-chromium and www/chromium however I can not see why neither was built.

What am I missing?

Looking at freshports, why is ungoogled-chromium available in FreeBSD:14:quarterly, but not FreeBSD:14:latest? Even the most recent version is in quarterly.
