The result of make all-depends is +900 ports but I never had all of that installed. I think it's the recursive build-deps of all build-deps. Not really useful...
Doesn't seem to be the case here (latest, x86-64).gcc12, gcc12-devel, gcc13, gcc13-devel, gcc14, gcc14-devel, gcc15, gcc15-devel, gcc16, gcc16-devel, gcc17-devel
Yeah, it cascades really quickly.I think it's the recursive build-deps of all build-deps.
