Solved Where is the proper description of ALL command options to poudriere?

It is strange but I cannot find description of all flags for various poudriere commands...

for example: poudriere ports -c -p local -F -M /usr/ports -f none
what is -p, -M, -F?

the "man poudriere" does not tell about that!

any link to proper, full, completed document?
