Where is the bsdintall prompt for pkgs?

I see here: https://www.freebsd.org/releases/15.0R/announce/

"During installation, bsdinstall(8) prompts the user to choose between two installation methods: ..."

OK, I did a fresh install (not an update) using the 15.0 USB image this afternoon.

I saw no such prompt. I did the install twice because I had thought I missed it the first time around.

I was using a USB with this image...


Did I download the incorrect image?
