jails What's the role of /dev/pci of bhyve with -s 31,lpc

Running bhyve in a jail
If I add -s 31,lpc after
bhyve, it will output
root@release:~ # sh ob.sh
fbuf frame buffer base: 0x815ae00000 [sz 33554432]
bhyve: pci_lpc_get_conf: Unable to open /dev/pci: No such file or directory
but I can still use the com1 and bootrom.
So It's necessary to unhide /dev/pci for jails?
