What could've happened to cause these refind boot errors ?

When i powered my pc yesterday i got greeted with these errors (see picture).
Hitting escape (or any key for that matter) will move on to the next freebsd partition scan and at the end it my refind bootloader menu will work just fine and i'm able to boot into freebsd/windows11 just fine.
Although i can still boot into my operating system, i'm worried this will be a new time wasting problem to add or the beginning to a bigger disk problem because i already switch on or off secure boot for windows when certain programs require me to.
i can't imagine how annoying it would be to do all these task just to boot into my os.
Could this problem be connected with one of my previous posts ?

Ignore this, It's just for google indexing so if one day somebody searches for one of these errors with refind in text they will find the answers here
Error: volume corrupt while scanning the \
Error: volume corrupt while scanning the efi
Error: volume corrupt while scanning the boot
Error: volume corrupt while scanning the e\boot ( while typing these errors i noticed that i never portioned or mounted a partition called e\boot).

Those errors do not come from FreeBSD. They also don't come from rEFInd, it does not do a filesystem check.
