vbox VBoxManage error appears on system shutdown

Since upgrading to FreeBSD 14.1, the following error messages has started appearing on every shutdown:

VBoxManage: error: Failed to initialize COM! (hrc=NS_ERROR_FAILURE)

I have installed emulators/virtualbox-ose. What does this mean?

Since upgrading to FreeBSD 14.1

Continue updating, 14.1 is EoL.

The same error occurs on 14.3 as well.

Yes, I confirm. It seems harmless, though. I have a W11, a Pop-OS and a FreeBSD 15 VM all perfectly running under Virtualbox 7.2.4 .
