It would be great if FreeBSD worked as well as Linux under WSL2. I've only used Fedora and openSUSE, and I'm quite impressed at how well they work at the userland level. You can't poke around the kernel so much as you can with a real install - for instance, eBPF (roughly a Linux equivalent to DTrace) doesn't work.

Is there a way to run DeltaChat on FreeBSD? Via Valuable News, I found Everything You Think You Know About DeltaChat Is Wrong.
Now I wonder if I could run chatmail ++ on FreeBSD ...
