Use nvidia and intel on the same xorg setup

This is the DRM problem, I want to use 3 monitors ( 2 nvidia and one vga intel onboard)
I made it before with success, but I lost the "hack" to make it work

The 2 nvidia monitors works fine, but the intel keeps on black screen with grey cursor at top left
I know that is a trick .. but I'dont find it

the nvidia driver is the 340 , and "intel CometLake-S GT2 [UHD Graphics 630]"
If I use 2 screens (one for nvidia and one in intel) it works fine

Simple trick, cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log | nc termbin.com 9999

That will upload it to a pastebin type website and return a simple, and easy, URL.

for some reason termbin.com dont return any confirmation, sometimes hangs forever and other just exit..strange
