Solved Upgrading with Base System Packages

Following https://www.freebsd.org/releases/15.1R/upgrading/#upgrade-pkg

pkg which /usr/bin/uname

/usr/bin/uname was installed by package FreeBSD-runtime-15.0p10

pkg upgrade -yr FreeBSD-ports pkg

No repositories are enabled.

Now the wheels come off, any clues?

OK, edited /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/FreeBSD.conf and enabled FreeBSD-ports,

pkg -oABI=FreeBSD:15:$(uname -p ) -oOSVERSION=1501000 upgrade -r FreeBSD-base

Illegal variable name.
