Solved Upgrade problems with Hashed files

Hi,

I've an upgrade in stable/15 stuck because of this:

pkg: https://pkgmir.geo.freebsd.org/Free...-generic-15.snap20260721224724~2$fqio3wik.pkg: Service Unavailable

Looking at the repo it makes sense it's failing, while there is indeed a FreeBSD-kernel-generic-15.snap20260721224724.pkg, the hashed file does not exist.
After looking at pkg-upgrade man pages I don't see anything that may fix this.

What should I do?

I see this file in FreeBSD:15:amd64/base_latest/Hashed. I can even download it.
If you can't for whatever reason, you may try to put in a user .conf file:
FreeBSD-base: { signature_type: "none" }

You let this .conf file until upgrade is ok. After, you should remove it and find why that doesn't work.
What is the output of pkg repos?
