System start without initialization by any action or something else to use the maximum performance and hard disk so that i can not close an open application and i must to use force quit. After reboot all is ok. I don't know what causes so much use of performance because i using 8.1 with default configuration, and updated applications.

It sounds like OP's PC starts to throttle. feriz, please give more information about your PC (hardware and software that you're running when your PC becomes very slow).

And there must be a reason why you picked the Gnome sub-forum.

  1. Your (gnome) process is swapping madly because you honestly oughtn't be running openorfice with only 128M of RAM
  2. (gnome) periodic(8) weekly is running and your timezone is set wrong so it's indexing your hard-drive in the middle of siesta (porn) time
  3. You have a bad habit of punching the power button and it's (gnome) fsck_ffs(8) running in the background slugging your system
  4. You just tried to download kaspersky_hack_lol.exe but it's actually pulling down the entire content of wikileaks and you have a 10Gbit firehose to Internet!
I tried to keep it gnome related. HTH.
