Solved Unable to get UPS working after rebuilding system

I *believe* I am using the identical configuration as I had before; however, I am having issues with nut. I get this error every 5 minutes as configured:

Broadcast Message from <REDACTED>
(no tty) at 8:51 EST...

UPS CyberPowerUPS@localhost is unavailable

Oddly enough, when I start nut itself, it does show that it connected to the UPS. When running nut_upslog and nut_upsmon, that is when I am told that it cannot connect to the UPS. nut-scanner run both as root and "nut" were able to find the device, so, it leads me to believe that either nut_upsmon or nut_upslog is somehow configured improperly.

I am baffled as to what happened because I used the old configuration to setup the new instance. One thing I noticed is that my previous configuration did NOT have this set in /etc/rc.conf:
nut_upslog_ups=CyberPowerUPS@localhost

The default is to use myups@localhost, so my old instance should have complained too.
