Sorry to bump this old thread, but I still have this problem. If I plug in a USB bluetooth device into a USB 2.0 port I get the error message. If I plug the same device into a USB3 port there are no errors. It's fine. Same if I connect my PCI-E bluetooth device into a USB 2 port on my motherboard. I get the error message. I bought a USB2 to USB3 adapter and plugged the PCI-E device into a USB3 port on the motherboard and it works fine. It's an AX200 bluetooth device by the way. Perhaps there's a bug in the USB2 drivers in FreeBSD? Does anyone have any ideas?
