Type of post/thread

is it possible to have 2 types of post with vbulletin ?
i think its good if we have 2 types of post(ask a question or general discussion) and user can set "Ask a question" thread to answered if the thread is answered.

in "New thread" button/link we can proved popup list to choose between "Ask a question" or "General discussion"

I think it would be nice if the OP has a button that can set the [solved] prefix and tag, rather than having to go through the entire process of editing his initial post.

Just a thought, don't know if vBulletin makes this possible at all though.
