two monitors, one blinking continously on/off

Recently one of my monitors is blinking on off. In linux both work fine.

vendor = 'NVIDIA Corporation'
device = 'TU106 [GeForce RTX 2060 12GB]'
 
With the NVidia driver you can use "Twinview", that turns both monitors into one big 'single' screen.
