When using linux kvm or even VirtualBox you can access the UEFI boot menu of the VM, to choose between possible boot options.
There is a way of doing it with bhyve?

You mean EDK2 for bhyve?
sysutils/edk2
You want the "edk2-bhyve" package FLAVOR.
Press F2 key on startup for menu. You will need to be using something like nmdm(4).
