Closed The performance of FreeBSD is based on the compiling CLANG and not in GCC?

The development of FreeBSD is done on mac teams and therefore  used CLANG which is lower than GCC (by much) and the consumption upper of ram properly is because Linux caches in ram, FreeBSD does not, and it is because of this that FreeBSD makes for a too use  of the CPU, leading in many cases near the limit of the safety temperature.
FreeBSD is an excellent system, but not better than linux in performance.
 
I can't comment on what that post refers to technically but I am reasonable certain FreeBSD is not developed on Mac computers. The quoted post appears to be flame-bait but I could be wrong...I have been running and compiling ports on my present computer for months now and have no temperature issues. You can't believe everything you read on the Internet ;)
