Synth version 2.03 was just released.
It's main improvement is cutting down flavor index generation from around 20 minutes to 5 minutes (On DF server with 8 CPUs it's 84 seconds, so there is still fat to be removed in the scan).
A minor change per request is now synth will exit with code 1 if a build attempt aborts due to synth detecting out of date saved options.
