and run tzsetup in the jail.

Some people just create a soft link from the appropriate file in /usr/share/zoneinfo to /etc/localtime. tzsetup() is easier to understand, which is why I used it in my sysutils/ezjail section for the Handbook. Which, come to think of it, needs to be committed.
